In 1996 Kim was arrested for marijuana possession - which is when this mugshot got taken. In 2005, Lil' Kim was sentenced to a year and a day in prison and fined $50,000 for perjury. She was trying to protect her friends who got into a shootout with Foxy Brown's crew outside of Hot 97. Considering that the prosecutors were looking for 3 years, she got off easy.
