We all know this story. TI's bodyguard got caught buying illegal guns and ends up pointing the finger at TI who just so happened to have enough weapons in his house to take over a small country. TI ended up getting a year for that charge. Some people said he was cooperating with the police for a repear felon to get that small of sentence. He denied it. Before his arrest, Tip did a Crime Stoppers PSA, offering a reward for anyone who reports a 'tip' to the police.

the government has become increasingly crafty at hiding their informants. ive read about his plea deal and it looks real good on paper like maybe tht couldve happened. but the reality is the us district attorneys office is not n the business of helping young black men change their life, their n th business of incarcerating them. a plea deal iz offered by the gov to the accused. wht reason would thy hav to slap him on th wrist. he was out for tht year so thy could completely debreif him and find out if the info he gave was credible... u snitched bawy, i can c it n ur swag. u aint th same dude, u worried itz gonna really come out 1 day. and then ur career iz over.

I dont care how old you are, if you live a life of crime and get caught, snitching should NEVER be an option.. you may need those same streets to come back up... he better hire some body guards that dont mind taking a bullet for his ass.. tip is better gone than here.. cant trust a snitch, no matter what
