Miguel is finally facing legal action from one of the fans he inadvertently injured during a flashy stage jump at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards.
In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, plaintiff Cindy Tsai claims she smashed her head hard on the edge of a catwalk after the Grammy-winning singer's jump from the main stage to the catwalk came up short and he landed on top of her.
Tsai is suing Miguel along with the venue, the MGM Grand Hotel, for negligence and is seeking damages to cover medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering.
