Manny Pacquiao's failure to disclose his shoulder injury before last Saturday's fight against Mayweather may end up costing him big bucks. This comes on top of the fines and possible suspension he faces at the hands of the Nevada Athletic Commission for staying mum about his torn rotator cuff.

In a class action lawsuit filed in federal court in Nevada and obtained by TMZ Sports, plaintiffs Stephane Vanel and Kami Rahbaran claim he cheated fans, Pay-Per-View buyers and gamblers by not disclosing his handicapped shoulder.

Named in the suit are Pacquiao, promoter Bob Arum, and Arum's company Top Rank Boxing, among others. Vanel and Rahbaran are demanding at least $5 million in damages.

Even if the lawsuit is successful, it will be but a small ding in Pacquiao's earnings from the fight -- latest estimates are that he raked in upwards of $100 million.
