The fight we were waiting for for years finally happened, and it didn't reach most viewers and fans' expectations. While members of Pacquiao's family have stated they believe the fight was fixed, Manny is already dealing with enough now that he faces fines or suspension after fighting Mayweather with a shoulder tear injury. Things could possibly look up for him though now that ESPN is reporting that Mayweather will be ready to fight him again next year.
This morning the sports channel tweeted out that Mayweather sent a text to ESPN's Stephen A. Smith letting him know that he'll "give Manny Pacquiao another shot" in 2016 - after he nurses his injury, of course.
