Beyonce just upped the talent pool for her Parkwood Entertainment company. According to HipHopDX, Bey has offered three young female singers highly lucrative multi-year contracts.

Sophie Beem (16), Halle Bailey (15), and her sister Chloe Bailey (17) are all minors, so they will only be able to join Bey's management company after a New York City judge approves their respective contracts.

The Bailey sisters are Cali natives who have performed several covers on their YouTube page which have brought in millions of views. Their talent is not only confined to YouTube, as the emerging sisters have also cast their artistry in movies like "Let It Shine," "Last Holiday," and "Meet the Browns."

The budding Beem hails from Manhattan's Upper East Side. One of her claims to fame was a 2012 appearance on X-Factor where she earned a top 40 spot.

Deciding to maintain a hands-on approach, Queen Bey is expected to assist in mentoring and managing all three ladies. Beyonce reportedly offered the Bailey sisters a million-dollar contract, while Beem has also earned a sizable one for $560,000.
