The daughter of B.B. King plans to sue her ailing father's manager for allegedly stealing millions from the legend.

According to TMZ, Patty King and manager Laverne Toney have been at odds over the care of the 89-year-old blues legend since his minor heart attack. King claims she was refused to take her father to the hospital earlier this week from his home in Las Vegas after discovering he wasn't eating and his urine was orange. It isn't known if his reported symptoms were related to his heart attack. King says Toney, who has power of attorney over King wanted the singer to stay at home.

King also claims Toney and her assistant have stole $20 to $30 million from the singer. Other claims King listed were Toney holding back medications from the singer while on tour and stealing luxury watches.

King hasn't filed a lawsuit just yet, but a message from B.B.'s site released a statement that the singer was recovering in a hospice in Las Vegas.

"I am in home hospice care at my residence in Las Vegas," the message reads from his site. Thanks to all for your well wishes and prayers."

His daughter also sent a photo of King to TMZ shortly after his stay in the hospital for his heart attack, in hopes police will be in her favor to have predominate care for her father. You can check it out here.
