Today, recently surfaced documents have listed Drake as being part of a lawsuit brought on by the music company MFMNG Productions, which claims that back in 2011 it entered into a royalties agreement with Cash Money Records pertaining to Drake's music sales, this according to the JasmineBrand.

Musician Cedric Hill alleges that he licensed two songs to CMR and YMR that were sampled on two of Drizzy's tracks -- "Over My Dead Body" and "H.Y.F.R. (Hell Yeah F*cking Right) on his album 'Take Care.' The licensing deal stipulated that between 2.5% - 10% was to be paid from Drake's sales of the songs by Cash Money Records.

MFMNG Productions contends that 'Take Care' sales exceeded 2.5 million copies, thus making millions of dollars in profit for Cash Money. When MFMNG contacted Cash Money multiple times regarding the album sales, their requests were ignored.

So now, MFMNG Productions claims that it is owed $117,364.72 in royalties and that Cash Money never sent them payment for the delinquent amount leading to breach of contract. Check out the court documents here.
