Singer Jeremih, along with Def Jam and Universal Music, have been slammed with a lawsuit over the cover art for his radio smash, "Don't Tell 'Em," as model Louise Rams and photographer Alexander Flemming are accusing the Chicago native of using their copyrighted photo without permission.

Flemming claims he took the photo of Rams, featuring her with blonde hair & bangs, holding her finger up to her mouth. He is accusing the singer of stealing his work and profiting from it, as it's been used for various marketing and advertising purposes, and is also featured on the "Birthday Sex" singer's social media accounts. He also accused Jeremih of removing his watermark before using the pic. Model Louis Rams is suing for the unauthorized use of her photo to advertise his album. Both are demanding damages as well as an injunction to stop him from continuing to use the photo.
