As we've already noticed, Jay Z has been taking his latest venture extremely seriously. The businessman has gone above and beyond with and for his music-streaming site Tidal, and now he's even calling subscribers to let them know how grateful he is for them.
According to Business Insider, the Brooklyn rap veteran - along with Jack White and other high-profile musicians - has been personally calling his fans to thank them and to see how they like the service. One fan was reported saying "This is the best customer service call I've ever received!"
Jay Z is said to be "very deeply involved" and "works every day" on the Tidal site.
