Khloe Kardashian's new look had heads turning during a recent event in Beverly Hills. The reality starlet was present on Thursday promoting the the latest Kardashian Beauty Hair Care and Styling line at Ulta's West Hills store.

The 30-year-old revealed she's been adapting to a new lifestyle by focusing on her health. She also revealed she has lost 13 pounds in three months thanks to cutting out dairy and committing to the gym.

"I try to work out five days a week," Khloé, 30, said. "It's a lot, but I feel great when I do it. I have a gym in my community. On the weekend, I try to do cardio. You just turn on some junk TV and you don't realize what you're doing, and I love that. I never watched what I ate. I would just kind of eat whatever. I was realizing, 'I work out all the time. Why can't I drop this weight?' It's really food. So I started dieting a little. I don't eat dairy anymore—or I try not to, because I'm addicted to cheese!"

In addition to cutting back on dairy, Khloe admits that water is essentially key in losing weight and dieting, as she drinks five liters of water per day. She goes on to say, "Right now I'm taking certain things out of my diet little by little. I'm not in a rush to lose [weight]," she shared. "I want to make this my life."
