Rich Homie Quan's alleged assault of a bouncer may end up costing him big bucks, as TMZ reports that the security guard in question has filed a lawsuit.

Christian Cajigas was working the door at Miami's LIV nightclub last Saturday when he claims the Atlanta rapper assaulted him after Cajigas denied Quan and his crew entry due to the club being full. The "Type of Way" rapper then allegedly booked it across the street, hopped in a speedboat and made his getaway.

Cajigas later told police that Rich Homie Quan landed at least two punches to his face, with some of Quan's entourage joining the scuffle as well.

"My client's injuries are to the nose. He's not sure, but he may have a broken nose. He has cuts and bruises to his face, back of his head and he has chips from his front teeth," Cajigas' attorney Joshua Hertz told Miami's WSVN.

"The rapper was the first person to throw a punch. He's the one that hit him right there in the nose. Square in the nose," Hertz said.

Cajigas is asking for an unspecified amount of money. Miami Beach Police are also on the case and said they want to speak to Quan on a possible battery charge.
