The surviving victim of Suge Knight's deadly hit and run spoke to investigators about the incident, shedding more light on the much-discussed case.

TMZ obtained investigative documents which show Cle "Bone" Sloan saying he "f**ked up" Suge Knight before the former Death Row CEO ran over him and Terry Carter. Sloan says that he punched Suge several times through the driver's side window, and when the former music exec tried to get out he continued hitting him.

The man added that he was trying to walk away when Suge ran over him, which is inconsistent with the surveillance videos that show the two still fighting when the truck was thrown in reverse. One other inconsistency was Sloan's claim that he arrived at the parking lot after Suge, but video shows him waiting in the area when Knight drove up.

The former Death Row head honcho is claiming that he acted in self defense against Cle Sloan and Terry Carter, because he thought they were going to shoot him during the altercation.
