Yolandi Visser of South African group Die Antwood recently had some harsh words for Toronto "it" boy Drake, calling the MC a homophobic slur on Instagram this Saturday soon after performing at the same venue as the "Legend" rapper. Below the controversial meme, Visser wrote "Fuk. Drake was kak," "kak" being a slang term for feces.

Both Die Antwood and Drake are currently playing Australia's Future Music Festival, which makes stops in five different cities between Feb. 28th and March 9th. Neither party has spoken up about what the issue could possibly be between them, but according to the Future Music Festival schedule, Die Antwood and Drake both performed in Sydney on Saturday and Sunday night.

Die Antwood is known as a rap-rave group hailing from Cape Town, South Africa and consists of three members, including Yolandi, Ninja and DJ Hi-Tek. While Drake has yet to comment, Antwood has addressed their controversial usage of the term f****t before, saying their DJ is gay, so it isn't necessarily meant to be offensive whenever they use the term. They also argue that in South Africa, the term isn't a huge deal. Ninja explained:

"I'd like to set the record straight here once and for all. Number one: DJ Hi-Tek is gay. So there you go. Now you all know. Number two: Dj Hi-Tek says the word f****t doesn't hold any power over him. Hi-Tek says f****t all the time cause he's like, kind of taken that word and made it his b*tch. Number three: Just to be f***ing clear, the Antwoord is not homophobic... Number four: It comes across to us that some people from America are heavy sensitive about the use of certain words. But the thing is, what you need to understand is, we're not from America. We're from South Africa. And South Africa people aren't so pumped up about these words."
