On Monday (March 2), TMZ reports that Ludacris' child's mother, Tamika Fuller, is working to regain custody of their daughter, Cai. Earlier this year, Fuller lost custody of the pair's one-year-old child due to a judge's concerns over her inadequate income and questionable parenting of her first child.

Tamika was understandably disappointed about losing custody, but she is reportedly motivated and working diligently to prepare for an appeal of their custody arrangement. The determined Fuller is purported to be working 40 hours per week in the hospitality industry to prove she's capable of caring for her daughter.

Another court day may be looming.  Luda is interested in taking Cai on vacation outside of the U.S. However, Tamika thinks Cai's too young for extensive travel. Ludacris could push for an emergency court hearing on the matter.
