Kylie Jenner is moving on up. The 17-year-old reality star just inked a deal to buy a massive home located a block from big sisters Kourtney and Khloe in exclusive gated community The Oaks.
The $2.7 million, 4,900-square-foot crib boasts all the features a young, rich party girl could want, including a home theater, swimming pool, and large kitchen.
Sources tell TMZ mom Kris is "helping her" with the purchase, but the money is all Kylie's.
