Jay Z and Beyonce have been on the hunt for a new West Coast home since at least the middle of last year, and during their search for new digs the power couple have spent part of that time hanging their hats at at an insanely luxurious address in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles.
Dropping $200,000 per month to rent the pad last summer, TMZ reports that Jay and Bey have negotiated with the owner to knock down the price to a mere $150,000 per month based on signing a longer lease for this year.
What does $150k per month get you? Well, the home features everything one would expect in a residence listed at $45 million: 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, infinity pool with waterfall, wine cellar, catering kitchen, 75-foot-long art gallery, two libraries, theater, tennis court; the list goes on and on.
