Audemars Piguet watches are some of the most expensive timepieces on the market, with celebs like Jay Z, Diddy and Floyd Mayweather seen rocking them regularly. "I Hit it First" singer Ray J so happens to be getting into the business of selling time as well, and unfortunately has come face-to-face with Piguet over accusations of design theft.
The reality show star is being accused of ripping off the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak watch, with legal documents including tweets from consumers who called Ray J's watch a "blatant ripoff." AP's watch goes for over $25,000 while Ray's is between $150-$500.
Ray is currently under threat of lawsuit to cancel plans to move forward, but his manager David Weintraub says they are still prepared to pursue the business with the designs already in play.
