Stacey Dash has made some controversial statements over the years, but the actress turned FOX News personality turned a lot of heads after saying that rape victims are "bad girls" that like to be naughty.
During an appearance on "Outnumbered," Dash responded to several serority chapters asking their members to avoid parties at the University of Virginia fraternity houses. The "Clueless" actress seemed to put the blame on the victim, rather than the rapist, while speaking about the situation.
"The other bad girls–bad women–are the ones who like to be naughty, might go out and play and get hurt and then, you know...But the other thing about this is that it then blames the alcohol instead of the person who over-drinks. So it's like, the same thing with guns. Guns don't kill people; people kill people. Alcohol doesn't get you drunk; you get yourself drunk."
