A duo of Houston bandits are on the run after selfies they snapped with a stolen iPad automatically uploaded to the victim's iCloud.
A week after Randy Schaefer had his iPad, laptop, radar detector and cash stolen from his truck back in early January, he discovered photos of the thieves on his iCloud, bragging and showing off their ill-gotten gains.
One of the suspects even uploaded a video to Facebook bragging about the score, in which he identifies himself as "Dorian" and his partner in crime as "Dylan," also calling him his brother. Authorities soon matched Schaefer's photos to some existing mugshots and ID'd one of the perps as 20-year-old Dorian Markee Walker-Gaines, a Houston resident with previous convictions for drug possession and trespassing, The Smoking Gun reports.
Walker-Gaines soon deleted his Facebook page on the advice of several members, but not before the video of him bragging about his loot was uploaded to YouTube for posterity.
