After two recent shootings at Chris Brown shows in California, a judge has decided to revoke the singer's probation in the Rihanna case.

As Chris headed to court Thursday for a progress report, the judge told him of his many concerns, including the recent shooting in a San Jose nightclub that left five people injured. The judge also showed concern over Brown's pre-VMA party which also resulted in several people in attendance being shot, including Suge Knight. The judge also barked on Brown for leaving Los Angeles County for his San Jose show without the court's permission, another infraction that violates his probation and definitely won't help his case.

While the judge admits that there is nothing to indicate Brown was criminally involved with the shootings, his probation officer expressed concern that "when he performs or attends at some of his public events, people will get shot or seriously injured." His P.O. also pointed out that Brown has been arrested twice while on probation for the Rihanna case, once for assault in Washington D.C. and also for throwing a rock at his mother's car while in rehab.

Brown's P.O. is recommending Chris serve more time, as he feels the young star is focusing too much on his career and not enough on community service and rehabilitation. The judge agreed that Brown has a "pattern of making choices that are counterproductive," but wasn't convinced Brown was at fault enough to throw him back behind bars just yet. His judge will have a formal hearing on March 20th to determine the next steps in Brown's legal future.

Breezy's manager addressed the situation as well, admitting that his probation was revoked, but only in an effort to retain jurisdiction, not because of the shootings. Chris took to Twitter to address the matter, saying he chooses to push forward with a positive attitude, even while facing adversity. See the tweet and pics of Brown above.
