Chris Brown is understandably shook up after a recent Bay Area club appearance turned violent when shots rang out hitting five people in the crowd. While some fans teased Brown for ducking the shots, he clearly couldn't care less what the public has to say, as he now claims he will no longer play "hood" clubs after the incident.
According to TMZ, Brown called an emergency meeting instructing his handlers to cancel all bookings in venues with a history of violence or problems with security. In addition to watching after his own safety, he also doesn't want to be associated with the shootings in case someone wants to accuse him of being in on one. It's simply easier to protect his image and his fans this way.
Brown drilled this point home by partying in a San Diego club soon after, saying "No More ni**a parties! Only this type of sh*t!"
