Malia Obama's decision to pose in front of a camera while wearing a Pro Era t-shirt had a massive ripple effect on the Internet recently.
The picture surfaced on Instagram on Sunday, January 4th, and was quickly circled around throughout Twitter. Even Joey Bada$$ retweeted the photo of Malia rocking a t-shirt promoting his crew. While many people have been wondering exactly where this image came from, Gawker received an email from Pro Era which stated that they received the picture from "a mutual friend of Malia and the pro era member (Joey Bada$$)."
A lot of Hip Hop fans were pleased to see that Malia is a supporter of the growing culture, and gave her loads of praise for rocking the shirt.
