Former Love & Hip Hop star Tahiry Jose suffered a serious neck injury earlier this year that she's still recovering from, but her attacker got off without doing any jail time.
According to TMZ, Charles Suggs pled guilty to assaulting Tahiry earlier this year at a New York Fashion Week event, and was ordered to take an anger management class. He wasn't given any jail time, but Suggs was ordered to stay away from Tahiry for five years.
The famed model and reality star is still in physical therapy, recovering from her injury.
