The case against Bobby Shmurda and 14 other members of his GS9 crew is very extensive, and the court documents detailing the exact charges and evidence set against them has been revealed to the public.

Among the lengthy list of alleged offenses, is a rather striking claim that Bobby actually shot at his own brother back in June, after the two young men got into an argument.  The document claims that the information was obtained through a telephone conversation that detailed how Bobby, legal name, Ackquille Pollard, got into an argument with his brother Javese Pollard aka "Fame" while standing in front of a barbershop, and shortly afterward he tried to shoot him.  Other alleged crimes were detailed claiming that Bobby was involved in retaliation shootings against rival gangs.
