Diamond Strawberry was on the receiving end of some heavy backlash on last night's episode of Love & Hip Hop NY, after she revealed that she had been pretending that her 6-year-old daughter was a dog in order to hide her existence from her boyfriend.
Diamond explained to her male interest, Cisco, that she used to pretend that her own child was nothing more than a dog barking in the background while they'd speak on the phone. Many fans were in disbelief after witnessing Diamond come clean for downplaying the existence of her own flesh and blood, simply in the interest of a relationship with a man. As a result, Diamond wound up putting a target on her head for relentless slander and had to endure waves of incoming criticism from fans.
