Drake is preparing for a takeover next year.

According to Vibe, the "6 God" rapper was present during the Raptors latest "Drake Night" at the Air Canada Centre Thursday. The global ambassador talked with ESPN's Mark Jones and Jon Barry about his plans for the new year.

"Yeah, I'm working on some great things for the beginning of the year," he said. "Just trying to keep people excited,"

He also passed out OVO x Raptors t-shirts to the crowd, and announced the starters for the game. Drizzy also crowned the Raptors coach Dwane Casey as the best dressed man in the game.

Many of Drake's handout tracks like "0 To 100/ The Catch Up," and "How Bout Now" have kept fans intrigued about his next project, Views From The Six.
