While alleged stalker Devar Hurd spoke on his own behalf in court Monday, claiming "Braveheart' singer Ashanti should have blocked him if she was actually concerned for her safety, the Long Island songstress is now face-to-face with her admitted superfan, giving her own testimony for the case.

Hurd sent numerous x-rated photos and sexually explicit messages to Ashanti and her mother, Tina via Twitter. Hurd spent 2 years behind bars for his initial offenses against the Douglas family, but began harassing them again in 2013 after violating court orders to never contact Ashanti again.

"I was extremely scared and nervous. I had no idea what he was capable of. I felt unsafe," said Ashanti, before telling the jury about the sexually explicit tweets Hurd sent in July of 2013.

As Hurd is representing himself in court, he was able to cross examine Ashanti, and did so rather casually, saying "Wassup Shani... everything good? How's 'Army Wives' going? Are you still acting on that show?"

The judge cut off Hurd several times for asking irrelevant questions. He was also able to cross examine Ashanti's mother and younger sister.  When reporters asked how the proceedings went, the "Foolish" singer simply replied, "It was horrible."
