A report from news satire site Huzlers spread fast, which led the world to believe that international superstar Iggy Azalea was actually born a man named Cody.

The false report claims that Iggy made the revelation during an interview with MTV, which they later confirmed was a completely fictitious story and no such interview ever took place.  However, in this day and age of high-speed Internet connections and social media, the rumor spread very fast and led many of Iggy's most loyal fans to believe that it may actually be true.

Instead of embark on a furious tirade over the absurd allegations, Iggy actually showed her humorous side and joined in on the "Cody" fun.  She joked that if she was actually born a man, then she would see herself as a "Liam," because she doesn't think that the name Cody fits her.  All humor aside, the rumor was completely false.
