Jeremih has found himself in trouble with the law again at the hands of his entourage. According to Rolling Stone, the "Don't Tell 'Em" singer and another member of his entourage were arrested and charged for disorderly conduct for allegedly sneaking onto a plane after a final boarding call was made for the flight in New Jersey.

The singer was scheduled to perform in California at B95's Fresno Holiday Jam with Wiz Khalifa, T-Pain and more. Conflicting reports claim that the singer snuck on the plane with some of his friends after the final boarding call and tried to open up the plane's door to allow the other late members on. Another report states Jeremih was late and his bouncer, Dontate Cunningham, opened the plane's rear door.

Cunningham was charged with defiant trespass. Jeremih and another member of his entourage, Adam Woods were also charged with obstruction of the administration of law.

Jeremih previously faced the police after he caused $700 worth of damage to a Fuddruckers in Billings, Mont. with his entourage last month.
