Indianara Carvalho, 22, Miss Bum Bum Brazil 2014, is preparing for a fully-nude photoshoot, but before she bares all, the "booty queen" is going under the knife. The blonde stunner revealed that she is going to get vaginal reconstructive surgery before the shoot, so she can look "exactly as I came into the world."
Carvalho says that she would like to bring respect to the Bum Bum competition by being labeled a "virgin," and explains that she plans to abstain from sex until she can share the moment with the "right one."
"I wanted to undergo surgery to reconstruct my virginity (Hymenoplasty) before I have new photographs done. I wouldn't feel good about appearing naked if I wasn't exactly as I came into the world if you know what I mean. I think I also want to give a bit of respect and new concept to the Miss Bum Bum title by being a virgin."
