Now that the hype behind the mega-fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao has been rekindled, it looks like former boxing champion and top-notch boxing promoter Oscar De La Hoya is set on making the match finally happen.

One of the major issues that has prevented the fight from happening is money.  In the past, Mayweather felt as though Manny was demanding too great of a percentage of the earnings, while Manny felt as though Floyd wasn't be fair with the monetary split.  Now, Oscar De La Hoya has stepped up and claims that he is willing to offer them the biggest payday in boxing history.

He made the announcement on Twitter that he will do whatever it takes to raise the money to make the fight happen.  Check out what Oscar had to say above.
