Shantel Jackson sued ex-boyfriend Floyd Mayweather earlier this year, accusing the undefeated champ of committing several offenses, including physically abusing her, defaming her character and more. Floyd is currently attempting to dismiss several of the claims, focusing on one in particular, the claim he invaded her privacy by revealing she had an abortion via social media.

Mayweather's defense essentially states that due to the very public nature of their relationship, she knew there was a chance that her personal life could be made public, saying "she asked me to help her become famous." He did, using his celebrity to help Jackson solidify her own.

When the two of them broke up, Floyd shared with the public via Instagram that he dumped Shantel because she had an abortion behind his back, with official documents from Floyd's side saying "Both parties are public figures. Abortion is a public issue...A public figure involved with another public figure in a public relationship can expect publicity, not privacy, about why it ends."

Check out the abortion docs in question above. Did Mayweather go too far by revealing this or is it all fair game since they are public figures? Sound off below.
