While Don Lemon may have the best of intentions, there always seems to be a disconnect between what he says and what he claims he means. The CNN anchor's latest sit down with Joan Tarshis, the latest of now many women accusing Bill Cosby of rape, took a turn for the worse when Lemon proposed hypothetical situations where she could've prevented herself from being raped.
"Can I ask you this, because and please, I don't mean to be crude, OK?" Lemon said before offering his two cents. "You know, there are ways not to perform oral sex if you didn't want to do it." He continued to say she could have taken a bite out of Cosby's private parts as a way to get away.
Twitter has since been having a field day with Don Lemon's insensitive words, saying the reporter has a habit of victim-blaming and blatantly calling him out for it.
