Chris Brown's body is nearly covered with tattoos, but the "Fine China" singer found some space on his neck where he added some scary new ink. The Virginia-native shared a photo of his new tattoo, which looks to be a ghoulish face exhaling smoke out of its mouth.
He covered up a lion tattoo, which he told fans symbolized "Christ & Freedom" back in 2012.
