While super-producer Hit-Boy may have experienced a swift rise to fame and fortune by creating hits such as "Ni**as in Paris," among many others, it appears as though the young talent is "hanging up the gloves" and retiring from a career as a producer.

The 27-year-old head honcho of the "Hits Since 1987" label announced his retirement from producing music yesterday, November 12th, via Twitter.

"I retired from music industry production last night," Hit-Boy tweeted.

Since he made the announcement, Hit-Boy's many fans cried out to the former producer to not leave his career of making beats in the dust.  Even fellow rapper, Chevy Woods, couldn't help but try to convince the famed producer to not give up his craft. Despite their cries, Hit-Boy didn't retract his decision; however, he did calm their nerves by assuring them to, "Relax. It's plug Bidness."

"Plug Bidness" is the new album that Hit-Boy's HS87 label released not too long ago. This could indicate that he plans on focusing more on propelling his career as a rapper in the near future.
