Kylie Jenner dating rumors have been following Tyga around for weeks, and the "Rack City" rapper finally addressed the talk in a comment left on BallerAlert's Instagram. The website posted a paparazzi shot of Kylie and Tyga out to eat with friends, but insinuated that they were out on a date.
