While Miguel isn't very vocal about his long-term relationship with model Nazanin Mandi, the two of them are all over each other's Instagram pages, constantly sharing their love for each other with their fans and followers.
Mandi recently uploaded a photo showcasing the couple's new matching tattoos, with Miguel rocking the King of Diamonds emblem to match her Queen of Diamonds ink.
