The official autopsy was released Tuesday evening, revealing that unarmed teen Michael Brown more than likely charged Officer Darren Wilson during the scuffle the two had before his death.

According to the St. Louis Dispatch, the autopsy tells a different story portrayed by witnesses who claim the teen had he surrendered to the officer with his hands in the air.

The report says Brown was walking down the street with a friend when Officer Darren Wilson told the teens to get out of the street. After Brown refused to, Wilson stepped out of his car and Brown pushed the police door. After the two had a scuffle in in the police car, Wilson's gun, un-holstered went off.

Brown took off as the Wilson began to chase him. The teen then turned around and ran in Wilson's direction. It was then that Wilson fired several shots at the teen with one in his forehead, right eye and the top of his head, two in his chest, three wounds on his right arm and another on his hand.

A toxicology report also revealed Brown had marijuana in his system.

This is the second autopsy done on the teen since he was killed in August.

There has also been a third autopsy ordered by federal officials for another investigation on the teen's death.

It will be announced sometime in November if Wilson will be indicted for Brown's murder.
