Does Eazy-E deserve more credit for his impact on Hip-Hop? The late rapper's son, Eric Wright, Jr. aka Lil Eazy-E, sure thinks so.

With the highly-anticipated N.W.A. biopic set to hit theatres next summer, Lil Eazy linked up with SOHH in a no-holds barred exclusive on why his father should be ranked higher in the pantheon of rap greats.

"When I was fresh out of high school in 2002, the 2Pac and Biggie names were out but there was a lot of due justice that wasn't given for pops. Just look how long it's taken for the N.W.A. movie to be made," the rapper said.

Lil Eazy went on to add, "I got a legacy that I'm keeping alive. I hope they're going to do right with the N.W.A. movie. It's cool that they give the accolades to Tupac and Biggie but let's give credit to who started it. Let everyone know we could speak like that."

Do you believe that Eazy-E gets his proper due for pioneering gangster rap? Sound off in the comment section.
