Utah Jazz's point guard, Trey Burke was the second male targeted in the nude photo scandal as his nudes were shared all over the web on Monday.

Burke, who formerly played for Michigan State, made a statement after the leak apologizing to his team and the public for the very private photos.

"Publicly, I want to first and foremost apologize to my family (and) apologize to the Miller family, as well as my teammates," he said. "We already talked about it in the locker room. From this day forward, it won't happen again. They were old pictures. They were meant to be kept private but they weren't. So from this day forward my actions and my judgments will be much better."

Omarion was the first male whose nude photos were leaked to the web this month.

Burke's photos come days after more celebrity nude photos were released of supermodel Cara Delevingne, Amber Heard, and the second batch of Jennifer Lawrence's photos.

The Jazz's manager Dennis Lindsey also spoke out on Burke's photos.

"We are disappointed in what we've learned so far, but we're going to move forward." he said.
