Well, there's a bit of good news and bad news when it comes to Harlem collectives Dipset and A$AP Mob. Let's start with the good.

A$AP Mob frontman A$AP Rocky has musically been out of commission since the drop of his debut album, Long.Live.A$AP in January of 2013. Yes, he's had a few features and dropped videos, but we haven't heard any new material straight from Rocky in a while.

According to A$AP Yams, however, we should expect some new music or at least an announcement from Rocky this Friday, as he's posted a countdown on his Tumblr, FLACKOJODYESEASON.COM.

The bad news? The long awaited A$AP Mob album isn't happening, with Yams making that perfectly clear on his Tumblr as well, saying, "L.O.R.D. is scrapped." Also, there may be an issue brewing between the Mob and Dipset, as a fan asked Yams if we'd ever see a collaboration between the two Harlem crews. His answer was a strong "f**k no," saying that Jim [Jones] has been "throwin shade," while the crew wanted A$AP Rocky to replace Cam'ron at some point.

Yams also took offense to Jim Jones claiming the Mob weren't real "street ni**as," in a July interview with XXL. He also alluded to a VladTV interview where "they couldn't pass the torch to us but wanna be salty, talking 'bout Rocky wearing long shirts."

Check out his response for yourself above.
