Mike Tyson was praised by fans after he assisted a victim of a near-fatal motorcycle accident over the weekend.
According to TMZ, the celeb was driving in Las Vegas when a man, Ryan Chelsey, was side swept off his chopper. Witnesses say that a cab clipped Chelsey's bike and he flew off to the side of the road.
Tyson helped stopped traffic and stayed with the man until paramedics arrived on the scene.
Chelsey suffered broken bones, muscles, ligaments, nerve damage, and will have to endure shoulder surgery.
