Jamie Foxx's return to music has been put to a halt after being accused of allegedly stealing the song from another artist.
According to TMZ, Nontra Records is suing DJ Mustard, Jaime Foxx and 2 Chainz over Foxx's new single, "Party Ain't A Party."
Singer J Rand of Nontra Records says he recorded the song last year.
Both records sound sonically the same because both tracks were coincidentally produced by Mustard.
A rep for Mustard says the label is lying since he never gave Rand permission to use the song in the first place.
"DJ Mustard did not grant any rights to a third party to exploit the recording, "Party Ain't A Party, " and, accordingly, this claim against DJ Mustard has absolutely no merit."
