The plot has greatly thickened in the Iggy Azalea sex tape scandal.  While Iggy has been very adamant in her denial of having ever consented to, or even participated in, the filming of a sex tape, her ex-boyfriend who is purportedly very hungry for fame claims otherwise, and now has put forth alleged evidence to prove it.  Iggy's former lover Hefe Wine allegedly has in his possession a contract signed by Iggy which he claims grants him the rights to market the sex tape.

TMZ obtained a copy of the contract which was signed by Iggy, legally known as Amethyst Amelia Kelly, back on Valentine's Day in 2009, which grants Hefe the legal authority to "manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise 'any' recording embodying visual images."

The grey area here is that Iggy apparently signed the contract with Hefe in order to record music and music videos, but its uncertain if he can specifically use this contract in direct association with this case.  Hefe believes that he can obtain the exclusive rights to sell the tape without any disturbance from Iggy, and that he can also create a website in order to promote her works, where he would host the freaky flick.

It remains to be seen if Hefe will be able to tie this contract in to the sex tape, because if Iggy believed that the contract was signed specifically for music related works, then Hefe could have issues getting around that.  However, if Iggy signed the contract with the understanding that a sex tape could then be marketed, then she just may have to bite the bullet on this one.
