After pleading guilty to assaulting a fan asking for a photo with him, Gucci Mane received three more years on his sentence. The incident happened on March 16, 2013, when an Army staff sergeant was struck in the head with a bottle by the "Lemonade" rapper after asking for a photo.

District Attorney Paul Howard released a statement on the incident. "Rather than accommodating the admiring fan, [Gucci Mane], for no explicable reason, instead, hit the victim over the head with a vodka bottle and then hurriedly left the club. The victim sustained a deep laceration to his forehead which required ten stitches."

Gucci is currently serving a 39-month sentence for a firearms charge, and may not be allowed to extensively tour once released.
