The Builders Build Group and the Nation of Gods & Earths are bringing the golden era of rap back in a major way at Harlem's Apollo Theater next month.
The 1st annual "The God & Hip-Hop" weekend will be held in the uptown borough as the 5% Nation celebrates it's 50th anniversary.
Legends such as Rakim, Big Daddy Kane, and Brand Nubian will all touch the stage and the event will be hosted by Erykah Badu with music provided by DJ Kay Slay.
The weekend will also feature panel discussions, a family day, a new artist showcase, a town hall meeting, and a VIP Power 50 dinner and will take place October 3-5.
