Chris Brown has a new outlook on life and his relationships.

During his interview with MTV's Sway about his new album X, the singer breaks down how he and Drake ended their beef over Rihanna.

Breezy says the two didn't have a dramatic sit-down or major discussion, they simply just squashed the beef as grown men. Soon after the two made up, Drake invited him to be in a skit for the ESPY's that went viral.

"I think it was his camp who called to do the skit," Brown said. "For me, especially after getting out of jail and going through what I was going through, I just didn't have any animosity towards anybody. I'm just focused on me."

He also added that he wanted to show how much he's grown over the years.

"I just wanted to bring light to the situation and grow up. I'm 25 I'm not getting no younger. I'm still young," he said with a laugh. "You can't walk around holding grudges, looking over your shoulder. Being negative all the time, I'm tired of being looked at as the aggressor. I just wanted to show my maturity."
