If you've been fiending for the return of that classic East Coast Hip-Hop you may be in luck - an era defining tour featuring some of the biggest names in NYC rap could be hitting a city near you very soon.
While chopping it up with Ebro and the Hot 97 morning show, Dipset Capo Jim Jones gave his stamp of approval to the recent idea of G-Unit, Dipset, The LOX and others going on a nationwide tour together.
"If it was an ill tour that would be the ill tour. And not even for that. As far as a real tour from New York. If we had the power or somebody with the means to do it," Jones said. "I would be like 'G-Unit, Dipset, LOX, Fab, maybe a couple of the newer guys.' I speak about 'em because I want them to come to life...I think that would be one of the illest tours in Hip Hop history."
Jim Jones also touched on his recent riff with Damon Dash, his new line of beverages and much more.
