Spike Lee will return to court this week over tweeting the wrong address of George Zimmerman in 2012.

According to The Jasmine Brand, Lee settled with an elderly couple who actually lived at the residence by giving them $10,000. Elaine and David McClain initially sued the director for $1.2 million dollars. The couple claimed that they would receive death threats daily and were forced to move out of their home.

While the couple accepted the settlement, they believe they deserve the full $1.2 million. The couple's lawyers have filed an appeal in a Florida court against Lee to reverse the original dismissal.

Lee tweeted the address after getting the information from a man from California who tweeted the address to a number of celebrities.

The couple admitted that they do have a relative named George Zimmerman, but it isn't the same Zimmerman who shot and killed Trayvon Martin.
